  • Delays caused by missing inputs/approvals may shift timelines accordingly.


3) Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via a payment gateway. Card/bank details are handled by the gateway and are not stored by the Service Provider.
  • Payment schedules (if any) are specified in the proposal/contract and shared via email.
  • Work may pause if scheduled payments are overdue until dues are cleared.


4) Revisions & Change Requests

  • Reasonable revisions aligned with the agreed scope are included as specified in the proposal.
  • Material scope changes or new features are treated as out‑of‑scope and quoted separately.


5) Intellectual Property

  • Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final deliverables as defined in the proposal (excluding third‑party assets and any pre‑existing libraries/tools used to deliver the project).
  • The Service Provider may reference non‑confidential outcomes in a portfolio/case studies unless the Client objects in writing.


6) Confidentiality

7) Warranties & Limitations

  • Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Complex digital systems may involve third‑party dependencies and constraints.
